According to the Arizona Revised Statute § 28-1445, the Arizona Department of Transportation requires any person whose driving privileges, license, or permit have been suspended due to Driving Under the Influence (DUI) to complete an alcohol or other drug screening.

1Schedule a 15–30 minute DUI Screening assessment with one of our licensed specialists.
2Receive a DUI class recommendation based on your clinical assessment.
3 Screening results submitted to Court or Motor Vehicle Division (MVD) as required.
4Enroll in the recommended DUI class and begin the program.
5 Receive a Certificate upon successful completion — forwarded to Court and/or MVD if required.
